Refunds and Our Guarantee

Every My Growing Story book is made to order for one child, so our policy is simple and honest.

Our guarantee

If a detail you entered was applied incorrectly, the name spelled wrong, the hair or skin tone not matching what you told us, the glasses missing, we correct it free. Always. Email hello@mygrowingstory.com with your order number and we will fix and redeliver the digital edition, and reprint a physical copy if one was affected.

What we do not redo

Every book is final as illustrated. Illustration is interpretive: we do not redo artwork for taste or style preferences. What you see in your digital edition is the book.

Digital editions

Because digital books are personalized and delivered within 24 hours, they cannot be returned. If we fail to deliver your book, you get a full refund, no questions.

Printed books

Personalized print runs cannot be restocked, so printed books are not returnable. If your book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, send us a photo within 30 days and we will reprint and reship it free.

The 3-Book Journey

You pay once and the books never expire. Skip or delay any year, any time. If your circumstances change before a Journey book has been started, contact us and we will make it right.

Gifts

Gift receipts never show prices. Guarantee claims on gifted books can come from the giver or the recipient.
