What we make
Personalized children's storybooks, illustrated from the written details you provide, with story text matched to your child's age. Digital editions are delivered by email within 24 hours of ordering, usually the same evening; this is a service commitment we take seriously, though rare delays can occur and we will always keep you informed. Printed editions are produced and shipped by our print partner, typically arriving within about a week.
Your part
You confirm the details you enter are accurate and that you are the child's parent or guardian, or an adult with their permission to share the child's details for the purpose of making this book. You confirm dedication and gift messages contain nothing unlawful or hateful; we may decline to print content at our discretion with a full refund.
Ownership and your rights
We (and our licensors) own the underlying story templates, characters, and illustration style. Your finished book is yours to enjoy: you may read, print, and share your digital edition for personal, non-commercial use, and give printed copies as gifts. You may not resell the book or its artwork.
Corrections and refunds
Covered in our Refunds and Our Guarantee policy: detail errors fixed free always, artwork final as illustrated, damaged prints reprinted free.
The 3-Book Journey
A single prepaid purchase covering one book per year for three years, redeemable around each birthday, never expiring, with no recurring billing.
Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under applicable consumer law.
